Karen Siff Exkorn

Karen Siff Exkorn is founder and CEO of Speak On, a division of her corporate training company KAS Consulting Inc.
An internationally known motivational speaker and author, Karen has appeared on Good Morning America, Today Show, The View, CNN, ABC's Nightline, CBS News, PBS, NPR, and radio and TV worldwide. She has delivered numerous keynote speeches, including the commencement speech at New York University, and has been a guest lecturer at Columbia University, Brown University, NYU Stern School of Business and UMASS Medical School.

With over 20 years of experience, Karen has created and led corporate training programs and executive retreats for clients that include: American Management Association, Ann Taylor, Armani, Barneys New York, Bloomingdales, Deloitte & Touche, Equinox Fitness Club, GE Capital, Jaeger, Louis Vuitton, Macy’s, Moschino, New York University, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Radio City Music Hall, Saks, Sean John, Sony, Tommy Hilfiger and the United Nations.

Karen is the author of the bestselling book, The Autism Sourcebook: Everything You Need to Know About Diagnosis, Treatment, Coping and Healing—From A Mother Whose Child Recovered. (HarperCollins 2005). The success of Karen’s book led to an international book tour, and inspired her to donate a portion of the proceeds of book sales to autism organizations worldwide.

Karen has a B.A. in Psychology from Brown University and an M.A. in Performance Studies from the Gallatin School of Individualized Studies at New York University.

James Mapes

James is recognized as one of the top authorities on “applied imagination.” As an executive speech coach, James brings with him an extraordinary background as a professional television and film actor, performer, acting teacher, theatrical producer, director, business speaker, workshop leader, peak performance coach and best-selling author.

James Mapes holds an M.A. in Theater from California State University/Northridge. He is best-selling author of Quantum Leap Thinking: An Owner’s Guide to the Mind and writer and presenter of the award-winning training videos Creating Your Future and True Leadership. Mapes' work has earned him appearances on CNN, The Today Show, Good Morning America and Fox Family Channel and other media outlets throughout the world. He has been featured in Success magazine and writes a syndicated column for Hearst Newspapers and The Arizona Reporter.

Carlo Pellegrini

Carlo is an international executive coach, business strategist, team-builder, facilitator, speaker and author. He draws on a myriad of life and work experience to create effective partnerships with clients. Carlo’s unique background in advertising sales, strategic planning, and performance has allowed him to help corporations achieve individual and organizational excellence.

Rae Ringel

Rae is a PCC certified executive coach and leadership trainer with an expertise in transforming professional performance of mid-to-senior level management to drive greater business excellence.

As an executive speech and presentation skills coach, Rae engages her clients in proven methodologies that promote professional growth on individual, team and organization-wide levels. She has designed cutting edge coaching programs to advance professional performance at all levels of an organization.

As creator of an award-winning interactive web-based training program and hundreds of inspiring workshops, Rae has trained and educated over 20,000 professionals.

Rae is a Phi Beta Kappa Graduate of University of Rochester. She received her Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, and earned her Executive Coaching certification from Georgetown University. She was a recipient of the Wexner Graduate Fellowship.
